Founders Cube is a private Startup Business Incubation Center located at Mahadevapura, Whitefield Main Road, Bengaluru. Founders Cube is acting as a platform for startups to meet startup entrepreneurs, mentors, advisors, investors, industry experts, representatives from Govt. department and help them to fit in to the requirements of Startup India Action Plan and other Govt. aids and grants through awareness, proper monitoring and guidance. We are also providing training and capacity building programs, Interaction with government representatives, awareness programs for legal and compliance requirements and other programs based on the industry needs.

CA Manobin

CA Manobin is the Founder director of Founders Cube Cowork and Incubation Centre. He is an enthusiastic Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur with 20 years’ of experience and expertise in Startups, International Taxation, Non- profit sector, Corporate Law, FEMA, SEBI, Merger and Aquisitions etc. He is also expert in dispute resolution and settlement for Startups. As a Founder, CA Manobin’s vision is to uplift aspiring entrepreneurs with all support systems at one place through incubation programs specially designed for startups and early stage companies. He is serving as virtual CFO for 300 plus startups. His clientele is based across the globe.

He has vast experience in global banking finance operations including Merger & Acquisitions and insurance sector especially captive insurance segments located in British Virgin Islands.

He is also Founder of Finmatrix Strategic Consulting Private Limited, a finance outsourcing company providing “CLOUD MANAGEMENT& VIRTUAL CFO SERVICES” and business entity set up for Startups, Multi – National companies and NRIs.

CA Manobin is an adventure lover, traveller, food and film lover with strong ethics and morale. He strongly believes in the “Power of Knowledge “.

Mr. M G Kodandaram

IRS (Retd)

M G Kodandaram, IRS is the retired Assistant Director of Customs and Central Excise. Currently, he is practising as an ADVOCATE and CONSULTANT, Master Trainer of GST for CBIC, Government Of India, Faculty of National Academy of Customs Indirect Taxes & Narcotics (NACIN), Member of State GST Committee, Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI), Advisor of BBMP ROSHINI 21st century connected Schools project, Author of the book titled A PRACTICAL GUIDE TO GST PRACTITIONERS’ EXAMINATION published by KARNATAKA LAW JOURNAL PUBLICATIONS (KLJ). He is recipient of the “Sanman Award”.

Prof. Mathew J Manimala

IIM (Retd)

Mathew J Manimala is the Director of XIME Bangalore. Prior to joining XIME in July 2015, he was Professor of Organization Behaviour and Chairperson of OB-HRM area at IIMB, where he has also served as the Jamuna Raghavan Chair Professor of Entrepreneurship and as the Chairperson of N. S. Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (NSRCEL). His earlier academic positions were at the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI)—he was a Senior Faculty and Chairperson of the HRM area—and Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). He is a recipient of the Heizer Award of the Academy of Management for Outstanding Research in the field of new enterprise development as well as of research fellowships from the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the Shastri Indo- Canadian Institute (SICI). He has carried out several research projects with the support of national and international agencies, such as the National Petroleum Management Programme (NPMP), the National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG), the Conference Board of Canada, the European Commission, International Finance Corporation and Fondazione Cariplo (Italy), and was the leader of the India team (for two years) of the multi-country research project, the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). He has published over 50 research papers, mostly in refereed international journals, and about 10 books (through reputed international publishers) in the areas of entrepreneurship and organizational behaviour. He is a member of the editorial board of a few journals and the Editor of South Asian Journal of Management (SAJM).

Mr. TNC Sridhar

IRS (Retd)

Mr.TNC Sridhar is the retired Joint Commissioner of Income Tax. He worked in various formations in the department such as Assessment (corporate, Non-corporate, Salary, central circle), investigation, intelligence, prosecution, acquisition, training, administration and also as department representative at ITAT Panaji bench. Currently, he is working as Adocate at Karnataka State Bar Council. He holds Diploma in Labour Law and is an expert in Labour Law matters.

Mr. K Mathai

KAS (Retd), MA, LLM

Known as an upright officer, Mr. Mathai KAS (retd) has served as Ex Commissioner, MUDA, Mandya, Ex-Assistant Commissioner (Advt) of BBMP, Ex Administrator of Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (DPAR) of Sakala Mission of Government Of Karnataka and Ex Special Officer, Land Acquisition of Bangalore Development Authority.
He is an advocate practising in civil and criminal matters in the High Court of Bangalore.
He was conferred the Kannada Rajyotsava Award by News Papers Association of Karnataka and Vocational Excellence Award by Rotary Club Yelehanka in the year 2019.

Mr. Paul D'souza

Paul D’souza, an inventor of various technologies and holder of many patents has been working on solving diverse problems for several years. His areas of interest have led to several innovations and inventions in the fields of plumbing, masonry, carpentry, metal work, precision machining, watch making, jewellery techniques, electrical and electronics, computers, optics, miniatures, aero-modelling and even embroidery in his younger days. Paul D’souza is the Chief Technology Officer in charge of the production of Touché – the refreshable Braille display- as well as development of other ideas on the burner, and execution of the same.
